HARLEPOXY MASTIC 80 M

Description	It is a two pack Epoxy base high build coating for metal and concrete surfaces. It is a surface tolerant self priming coating having good chemical resistance and moisture tolerance.
Volume Solids	80% Â± 2
DFT	100-125 Microns
Mixing Ratio	BASE HARD. 4 : 1
Pot Life	4 hrs. at 30OC and 65% relative humidity
Spreading Rate	6.5 â€“ 8 Sq.m/ltr
Surface Dry	3 hrs. at 30OC and 65% relative humidity
Hard Dry	10 hrs. at 30OC and 65% relative humidity
Subsequent Coat	As per substrate condition recommended coating system
RECOATING TIME - MIN	16 Hrs at 30OC and 65% relative humidity
RECOATING TIME - MAX	3 months
Fully Cured	7 Days
Shelf Life	Base: 12 months Hardner: 6 months
Surface Preparation	"New Steel: Recommended for abrasive blasting to Sa2Â½. If steel is coated by shop primer, clean all damages to shop primer and also clean the surface free from oil grease and any other foreign particles. Maintenance: Remove oil, grease etc with a detergent wash. Remove salt and other contaminants by high pressure fresh water hosing. Remove all rust and loose materials by abrasive blasting or mechanical cleaning. Dust off residues. For best results remove all loose rust by wire brushing and chipping. "
